Questions
What counts as an account?
Enabled member accounts in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Guests and blocked accounts don’t count. FlowInherit counts them when you choose a plan and picks the plan that fits.
How does the free trial work?
It starts when a Global Administrator first approves FlowInherit for your organisation and lasts 30 days. During it you can hand over everything for up to 10 leavers; one leaver counts once, however many groups, Teams and mailboxes they owned. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.
What is free after the trial?
Connecting your tenant, the tenant snapshot, leaver scans and their PDF reports stay free, with no time limit. A plan is needed to keep handing things over.
Do I need a company email address?
You sign in with your organisation’s Microsoft 365 account, and an administrator approves FlowInherit for the whole organisation. Personal Microsoft accounts can’t be used.
Who can buy?
A Global Administrator or Billing Administrator in your tenant. Payment is by card through Stripe; FlowInherit never sees card details.
How many people can use it?
Everyone in your tenant you assign to FlowInherit. The price is per tenant, not per technician.
What if we grow past our plan?
The Billing page tells you, and you can switch plans in the billing portal. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
How do we cancel?
In the billing portal, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then handovers stop. Scans and the snapshot keep working.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
